Water was observed flowing from grass by intersection into a stormdrain. Operator shut off pumpstation immediately.. Operator walked to area where stormdrain discharged but did not observe water entering the wetland from the stormdrain but ii is possible some water did enter. The wetland is not connected to any flowing water (stream, river, etc.). The incident was not reported within the one hour timeframe as it was believed it was not a violation. DEC was contacted Monday and there was some ambiguity but upon further guidance from DEC Wastewater Management the incident is being reported now.
