We are in the middle of a plant upgrade. Non-standard discharge occurred due to the return of operation to our freshly dredged lagoon. A bit of algae and sludge made its way through the bypass pipe and discolored the receiving waters for about 15 minutes before clearing up. All discharge was disinfected.
