Removed filter to offline, turned on second filter. Decreased influent pump speed (flow into treatment system), increased recycle, increased wasting. Currently cleaning and inspecting filter and filter material. Filters were cleaned, inspected and returned to service with no issues.

During the extreme rain and snow melt event of 12/18-12/19, the Winooksi River flooded and surcharged back through the facility discharge outfall pipe. Discharge flow was restricted, which then backed up into the rotating filter discs at the facility.
