Combination of errors trying to rectify pump station and alarm issues. Alarm notification failed to be relayed to wastewater personnel. Rags entangled around pump causing pump station to fill and overflow. Discovery wasn't made until routine pump station checks almost 36 hours after start of incident. More detailed report to follow.
