This Air Facilities Database is maintained by the VT Department of Environmental Conservation Air Quality & Climate Division and contains the current Air Pollution Control Permit for a facility. Please note that some permits expire after five (5) years but may continue to remain in effect after such date if a timely renewal application was filed and before the Agency issues a new permit (Permits to Operate) and some permits never automatically expire (Permits To Construct).
