DescriptionThis permit specifically authorizes the subdivision of an existing 20.35-acre parcel into three (3) individually owned lots and three (3) common lots. The construction of one (1) new single-family home is authorized for each of two (2) of the individually owned lots; an existing single-family home and accessory structures will be located on the remaining individually owned lot. The remaining lands are authorized for the construction of a PUD with twenty-four (24) Carriage Home residential units on footprint lots located on Common Lots A and B (the Project). The Project will be served by new public paved roads “Spear Lane” and “Butternut Lane," municipal water, and on-site sewage disposal systems. Construction on Common Land C is not authorized until a permit amendment is issued for this purpose. The Project is located at 1269 Blakely Road in Colchester, Vermont.
